The gardens were very nicely landscaped.

The place needed a good cleaning and minor repairs. The walls and sides of the refrigerator were dirty. The floors were quite dirty even though no shoes were supposed to be worn inside. The refrigerator was not on when we arrived and took many hours to cool down. We had brought milk from the last place, so it was annoying not to be able to have it be cold right away. The bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted and slipped off every night. The grout around the kitchen counters needs to be replaced. It was completely torn off in several sections. With some attention to detail, this could be a nice place.

As described before, it's a nice place. No issues during my vacation. Rooms were clean and I was asked several times about the need to clean the room. There was a small computer table. You may ask about it if you need one.

Top location - few steps to the beach and supermarket, and still in quiet zone, with no traffic. Amazing calm place, beautiful garden, room equiped with everything you could need. And special thank to the host - Roselyn! Helpful, kind, always ready to answer our questions. She really takes care to feel the guest comfortable and enjoy their stay.

Toilet seat broke but it was fixed right away ☺️ and there were some animals making some noises at night but it was not too disturbing.

Beautiful little appartement with a nice garden where you can see a lot of birds. It has everything you need and is really cozy. Pereybere beach is very close as well as super markets and restaurands/cafes.

Nice villa, with very nice host. Comfortable with private parking.
