Property Notes

Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours will apply. Guests must collect their new key from our office. On the day of departure, no garbage should be left at the property, guests must remove all waste. Otherwise, a €150 waste management fee may be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"We had an amazing stay, the villa was beautiful and well set out. The pool was gorgeous and the surrounding countryside"

We loved the location as it was very peaceful. It was a traditional building with a very Majorcan feel which we really liked. The swimming pool was great.

The shower water was a bit temperamental, sometimes too hot and then cold which could be dangerous for young children.

"tolle Finca mit Privatspäre und für Entschleunigung, aber Port Pollenca auch fußläufig erreichbar"

Tolle Finca mit schönem Pool und Garten. Sonnenterrassen für morgens, mittags und abends. absolute Ruhe in Mitten der Natur.

Räume haben bei Ankunft leider etwas muffig gerochen. Lüften hat geholfen. Küche gut ausgestattet, aber Lappen, Spüli, Gewürze fehlten.

"Fantastic"

The pool was fantastic! and only a 5 minute drive from the beach! The house had a nice layout that was accommodating for all our party members, especially since we had young children. All the appliances (dish washer/ AC/ cloth washer) worked great for us, and made it easy to focus on having fun.

The Driveway was narrow. We had a large vehicle for the whole family, and it was constantly getting scratched by the vines and bushes that were hanging over the driveway. There was always a dog barking at night on the north-east side of the house, which made it hard for the kids to sleep on a few nights. Since our stay was 10 days it would have also been nice to have a little more of the basic stuff. (Dish-soap, Toilette Paper, Wash-cloths, Coffee filters, Paper towels etc...) Overall it was great, but that would have made our transition into the house a little smoother.

"Fijne vakantie gehad met wat verbeterpunten voor het huis."

Ruim, veel zitjes, schoon zwembad, pingpongtafel, genoeg schaduwplekken, ruim in het servies.

Weinig schoonmaakspullen zoals doekjes, wc papier, schoonmaakmiddel voor de mop of wc, het servies en de pannen waren niet heel schoon. Ook moeilijk schoon te krijgen. Strandspullen zoals bijv. een bal, luchtbedje. Weinig handdoeken voor bijv het strand. Zeep voor in de badkamers om je handen te wassen. Kleine prullenbak in de keuken waardoor je vaak het vuilnis weg moest brengen.
