The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Información importante a tener en cuenta: -En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y de 75 € fuera del horario de oficina. Las llaves nuevas deberán ser recogidas por el huésped en nuestra oficina. -El día del check‑out, no se debe dejar basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirarla; de lo contrario, se aplicará un cargo de 150 € por la gestión de residuos. -El registro de huéspedes es exigido por la ley en España (Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre) y Grecia (Ley 4446/2016), por lo cual cercano a su fecha de llegado, enviaremos un link de check in online para el registro de todos los huéspedes.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
