Property Notes

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours will apply. New keys must be collected at our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no garbage should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. "Relaxing Mallorcan villa"

Excellent location and property size, huge pool

Massive Cockroach infestation and finding of bedbug casings, overall not very clean. Kitchen outdated (Fridge extremely weak). No AC in living room or kitchen - if warm weather, it can get unbearably hot.

The gardens and pool. Rustic style of the villa. Secluded, not disturbed.

Barbecue area was separate from the garden (by the garage) so we didn’t use it. Shower screens not effective, so it was hard to avoid wetting the floor. Shower head attachment needs to be more secure. Towels were quite small. Insufficient bath mats (missing from en suite bathroom). Fridge freezer needs replacing - freezer not freezing despite turning to max. Insufficient mugs. A/c - at first we were disappointed the A/c was on timer, but quickly got used to this and wasn’t a problem. But we suggest making this more prominent on the website.

"Great location, but a little tired"

Location, space and pool. 15min walk to the centre of Pollenca. Plenty of parking. In the villa grounds.

Poor attention to detail eg no working kettle, broken shower, insufficient coffee mugs, no cleaning products, no tea towels

"Good"

The location is great. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 5. The living room is spacious with 2 sofas and the view amazing. The outdoor seating area is also great.

We struggled to open the key box on arrival. The pool water was cloudy throughout most of our stay. The air con only works for a set few hours a day. The garden is not fully fenced off, so children found it a bit scary in the evenings.
