Villa Almadrava - Puerto Pollensa - Llenaire

Alles!! Lage sehr gut, ruhig. Nah am Strand und Restaurants. Nicht weit von Alcudia. Sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Great location, good space for 8 people and Damien was quick to address any queries/ issues.

Quiet, yet easy access to cycling routes. Beautiful pool.

For the price, I expected a better equipped kitchen (not all pans worked on the stove, there were no tea-towels or cleaning cloths), no laundry detergent, and not enough toilet paper.

A stone built villa with one bedroom downstairs plus bathroom and upstairs three further bedrooms (one en-suite) and another bathroom. Kitchen was quite small but well equipped. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was efficient. There was table tennis and table football, a nice sized pool,

There were no sunshades by the pool. Although the trees provided some shade, there wasn't enough shade for all 6 sunbeams to be by the pool and have shade. Because the villa is inland and close to farm land and a stream, there are a lot of midges. Buying local bug spray/bite cream from the pharmacy and citronella candles/coils from the supermarket helped but most of our party were regularly bitten when sitting outside.

The host, remote location (you need car to move around), pool, good value for money

Some of the equipment is a bit older and update may be good (e.g. some of the kitchen stuff, sofa), roosters.

Beautiful Villa in a lovely location. Excellent facilities including games and a really nice swimming pool.

The location was perfect for us as a family group of four adults and two children A quiet rural setting which was a few minutes drive from the beach and Puerto Pollenca and a few minutes from the town of Pollensa. The villa was amazing with a lovely garden in a tranquil setting. We spent most of our time outside using the pool and eating our meals under the shaded patio area There was also a comfortable covered patio at the rear where you could sit and read and enjoy the peaceful setting. The villa was large and had plenty of space inside with nice bathrooms and large bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location to Porta Pollenca but too far to walk, so the bikes need to be upgraded or removed from the property as they were were in very poor condition and un-rideable

Only the lack of Bikes which was mentioned in the descriptions but the ones at the Villa were broken, flat tyres broken seats and not able to ride them. Replacement bikes would be a good feature for this Villa as the ride to the sea is flat and would only take 15 mins rather than a 1 hour walk
