📝 Please consider important the following details: 🔑 Key Loss or Lockout If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations: €50 charge during office hours €75 charge outside office hours 👉 Replacement keys must be collected in person at our office. 🗑️ Waste Disposal on Check-Out Guests must remove all trash from the property before departure. 🚫 Leaving garbage behind will result in a €150 waste management fee. 🆔 Mandatory Guest Registration Guest registration is required by law in: 🇪🇸 Spain (Real Decreto 933/2021, October 26) 🇬🇷 Greece (Law 4446/2016) 📩 A link for online check-in will be sent close to the arrival date to register all guests. ❄️ Air Conditioning Schedule The air-conditioning system in the villas operates: From 14:00 to 16:00 From 20:00 to 08:00 🌱 This timer system is designed for environmental reasons and to prevent excessive use of the air conditioning units. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
