VILLA NOEMI

Gorgeous, well equipped, spacious and clean villa with almost everything we needed

Advertised as having a heated pool. Owner didn't inform us that you had to request this to be turned on at least three days prior to arrival. When we asked for it to be turned on we were told it was broken. Specifically booked this villa because of the heated pool. Weather wasn't warm enough to use it without the heater, especially for my kids. Mostly just an aesthetic addition therefore.

Fantastic villa absolutely amazing, the outside space is huge, lots of different seating areas and a fantastic bbq area, many lights in the garden which is great when it gets dark. The pool is big, bigger than it looks in the pictures. My wife and I were very happy here, it is extremely quiet and private, spotlessly clean with everything you could want for cooking, dining etc. It is also very secure with electric shutters on the windows and a secure driveway. Honestly the best villa we have stayed in. Great communication from the owner/ maid also. 100% recommend a holiday here.

New renovation, good style of the furniture.

Very strange style of management. I spent 5 days with a conversation about conditions for guests. Even after departure and getting back my deposit without claims, I still receive emails with some ideas of additional payments. I should pay extra... If you decide to rent a villa, I recomend immediately requesting conditions and hardly fix the frames of your obligations for the villa stay to avoid long-lasting mailing...

we loved everything about the property, the heated pool was fantastic, all the bedrooms were huge, the place was spotlessly clean, had a very large outside space with many seating areas, great barbeque area, the kitchen had every appliance you could want, large parking area and garages, easy 9 euro uber ride to Alvor and Portimao
