Arcadia Retreat Rarotonga

We loved our stay at Arcadia - Neil was so hospitable, we felt so welcomed right away. Fantastic rooms and gorgeous pool - we’ll be back!

Nothing - wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Arcadia is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting, close to snorkelling beaches. The resort itself is tranquil and quiet and had all amenities required. The pool is great and the host, Neil, was very friendly and welcoming, he made sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous trip, we had a great time! We even had free on-site parking! I’d highly recommend Arcadia and would definitely stay there again.

Neil was an excellent host and the place was beautiful. The accomodation was spacious and comfortable and the pool was amazing!

That I had to leave

This is a great property for a family to stay at. The two units we had (and there are 3 in total) housed the 8 of us in comfort. The beds were very comfortable, the lounge and deck upstairs housed us all easily for meals, games, drinks. This is a very family friendly property. The saltwater pool was available at all hours, and it is an easy walk to the beach across the road. Neil, the host, was very helpful with local information and was nicely laid back in keeping with the Raro vibe.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

Had the pool to ourselves and the staff were generous with providing fruit. Made our stay enjoyable.

Neil was a fantastic host , great location near good snorkling beach good restaurants , great bbq so could have some quiet dinners around pool and quiet location on a beautiful island paradise , would highly recommend Arcadia

Needed air conditioning.

We loved our stay and the property was exactly as advertised. Travelling as a group of four adults we wanted to have space and Ta’i villa was perfect for us. The rooms (and beds) are huge and the living area and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the balcony looking out over the lovely garden and pool. It was a fantastic spot for a drink or to curl up and read. Neil is a great host and has plenty of local tips and places to recommend. We’d definitely stay again. The pool and BBQ area is well equipped and a lovely spot to make the most of.

Take ear plugs for the roosters if you’re a light sleeper - they are very active (and entertaining to watch when you’re awake)
