My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa and felt it offered exceptional value for money. Positioned between the road and the sea, the area itself is not particularly touristy, which was exactly what we were looking for — authentic and relaxing. The villa is spacious and the outdoor area, with its own pool is fabulous, with stunning ocean views. While there isn’t a beach directly in front, the ocean setting more than makes up for it with uninterrupted views and no-one walking past. The villa has an amazing team - the manager, housekeeper, and driver were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and full of great local knowledge, making everything effortless and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay and outstanding value.

Потрясающая огромная вилла, с большим Инфинити бассейном и своим выходом в море! Огромный ухоженный участок - на мой взгляд 10 соток) Мы были на многих виллах на Бали, но таких больших домов , участков и бассейнов не встречали ! А главное море! Микко управляющий очень помогал во всем, возил за продуктами в магазин и на рынок) и даже за його ковриком 🔥 Подходит тем кто хочет тишины, покоя и уединения ! Если есть желание закрыться на вилле и никуда не выходить , тогда вам сюда) нам за 7 дней также поехать в магазин было тяжело ) рядом Варунг с доставкой еды, но выбор не велик) поэтому лучше готовить самим) вид и двор 10 из 10. Очень здорово что завтраки включены и можно выбирать на кануне что хочется на завтрак ) для нас важно море, а на Бали с этим проблема, но это вилла для меня была кусочком Рая ( купаться в море лучше до 14:00, потом отлив и мелко) Мы точно вернемся сюда еще )

Ремонт делался давно и ожидать новую блестящую мебель здесь не стоит, сантехника уставшая) ну и живность конечно) если боитесь жучков, паучков и тараканов ( в Азии они больших размеров) то вам точно не сюда) Персонал хоть и очень старается бороться с ними, но надо понимать что это природа и избавиться от насекомых полностью не выходит)

This was our fourth trip to Bali, and unfortunately this was the weakest villa accommodation we have experienced so far. The surroundings of the villa are beautiful, with a nice sea view and a large swimming pool. The villa itself is spacious and suitable for a larger group, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is poorly equipped, and a microwave for reheating food is missing. As mentioned in other reviews, the villa is located next to a road, and traffic noise is noticeable, although it did not bother us too much.

The main issue is cleanliness, which does not match a luxury villa standard. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, with limescale buildup, low water pressure, and slow drainage. The bed linen had stains, even after being changed. Towels and bed linen were changed only once during our 15-day stay, which is insufficient. The rooms lacked shelves, so we had to keep our belongings in suitcases. During rain, one bedroom leaked, which we were not informed about in advance. Pool cleaning was less frequent compared to other villas we have stayed in. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was fixed only three days before our departure, which caused inconvenience during most of our stay. The staff, Kadek and Eni, who prepared breakfast, were kind and tried their best, but better guidance and management are needed to improve the overall experience.

Leaving was the hardest it's beautiful
