Villa Imperial

We love the location of the villa. Short walking distance to both the beautiful marina and the bustling town. It’s also was very clean and quiet with a fantastic view from the terraces and top bedroom window. Comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning in each bedroom.

We wish it had a bigger pool and air con in the living area but this did not affect our stay in the slightest.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Perfect Villa Getaway We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Cala d’Or. As a couple travelling on our own, it was everything we were looking for – peaceful, private, and in a brilliant location. It’s an easy walk to the beaches, the town square, and the marina, with so many great restaurants to choose from nearby – something for everyone. The nearby beaches are beautiful little coves with crystal-clear water and stunning scenery. The villa was extremely well equipped – everything we could have possibly needed was provided. It was both clean and comfortable. The host met us on arrival and communication throughout was first class – responsive, helpful, and friendly. Although it was ideal for us as a couple, the villa would equally suit a family or a small group of friends. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of Mallorca.

Excellent layout for 3 generation family - grandparents had top floor room with en-suite and lovely big balcony. Family of four glad ground floor rooms with bathroom- shared living space on first floor. Close to beaches and town centre as well as Marina - easy to walk every where.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cala D'or, what a wonderful house Sindy has. Great lay-out and amenities, great location near beach and city. We will definitely come back.

Well...there are ants (everywhere in Cala D'or, so nothing specific for the house), so make sure to tidy up after yourself to avoid an invasion ;)

Fabulous! Lovely, friendly and very helpful owners, great communication. Excellent location, short walk to beaches, town and the marina but set in a quiet residential area. House well equipped. Renovated bathrooms. Comfortable beds and aircon in the bedrooms. Good size wardrobes and storage space(which you don’t get everywhere these days). Pool on small side but perfectly adequate and well maintained.
