Villa Iremia, Piscine à Débordement & Vue Mer Panoramique

We found here everything we envisioned for a superb vacation. The house wonderfully complements the joys that the island offers. It has everything you could want, inside and outside. We had some goodies waiting for us, like water bottles, snacks and a bottle of wine. The hospitality is perfect. Try as you might, you can't find anything to complain about.

Takis was wonderful, he gave us great restaurant recommendations close by, and looked after every request we had. Villa has spectacular views, the outdoor patio was where we spent most of our time enjoying the garden, pool and view! Great location convenient for exploring Sami and beyond.

A little spot of paradise with a beautiful view and wonderful accommodations. We came to rest and this home was the perfect place to recuperate and explore. The garden made me feel like home (except I didn’t have to tend to it) and Mr. Takis was warm and welcoming.

Everything was perfect. I didn’t want to leave. Paradise!!

The car had no shelter from the sun so it was very hot, hard to turn car around.

Peaceful, private setting, 8 min drive from Sami. Villa is stunning!! Loads of space, everything you could possibly need. Takis very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous views from the villa. Lovely pool and delightful gardens. stylish design with high quality materials. Takis was really helpful caretaker. Just 10 minute attractive drive to Sami which has excellent harbour front restaurants and good bakeries.

Absolutely stunning villa in a beautiful location, the views are just spectacular. The pool and outdoor areas were amazing, the villa was great; clean, modern and extremely well equipped. We had a wonderful week, a mixture of relaxing pool days and days out exploring the island. Our host (Takis) was extremely friendly and helpful, as was everyone we met. The nearby village of Sami has excellent restaurants and even boat hire (highly recommended). You certainly won't be disappointed in booking this villa, we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thankyou so much for such a wonderful stay ❤️

Tiny niggle but if I had to suggest something it would be to add electric shutters to the main bedroom like the twin bedroom has. A handle on the outside of the kitchen patio door would also be handy. Genuinely though, these are miniscule things that made no impact to the enjoyment of our holiday. The villa and location are stunning.

Mr. Takis was readily available for anything we needed after we arrived. He let us in and showed us around and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. The villa itself was impeccable. Clean, beautiful, and atmospheric. We were close to everything we needed (Sami being a 10 minute drive) and some gorgeous views. My wife and I hiked Mt. Ainos which was conveniently only 20 minutes away. Being there in the winter time was relaxing as there was no hustle and bustle of tourists everywhere and having access to the sauna and the heated subflooring was a godsend during those cold mornings. Also there were two adorable cats that were so chatty and lovable that showed up at the kitchen door so if you love cats, you'll definitely like the place. My wife and I will definitely be making a reservation for summertime so we can enjoy the warm weather and pools.
