"Amazing stay!"

Lovely lodge with everything you could need. Cosy and warm.

Would be nice to maybe have a small bottle of milk in the fridge for a sneaky tea on arrival. However, its not the end of the world.

"Great location and set up beautifully just too small for 2 couples but it was ok for a one night stay"

Good location and well equipped and great presentation

Too small for 2 couples to stay - one of us had to sit on a dining chair but luckily we weren’t in for long! Twin beds were great but other bed so small my husband ended up on couch. Property was absolutely boiling hot I had to turn boiler down as well as thermostat. Luckily my brother in law had a shower before he went to bed as by the second person in the morning there was no hot water. It would be great for 2 adults and a couple of small children or a couple on their own but it’s not for a group

It seemed clean and had all the basics.

Not enough space for four people to sit in the lounge, it smelled of dogs and stake cigarette smoke. The master bed was very creaky.

"Superb"

Lovely little house. Kids loved staying here. Beds were comfy, place was immaculate and would defo return.

No dishwasher meant I had to wash up, but not a deal breaker.

"Brilliant dog-friendly stay"

The annexe was surprisingly spacious and in a brilliant location for both Eastbourne's Old Town, coastal walks and attractions like Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters. Everything was spotlessly clean and very stylish and comfortable. We brought our two dogs along for the stay so it was great to have some enclosed outdoor space for them too.

The double bed was rather creaky but aside from that, everything was great!

It truly is an Oasis, stunning design and interior, crisp white bedding, super comfortable beds, superb location. Superb sofa, fully equipped kitchen. Great TV and internet access, wifi.

The front door was a little stiff
