The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The finishes were classy and the place was squeaky clean. Bathrooms were very spacious and overall had a homely feel to it

This home is perfect - close to town but away from the main road. Special little touches made it memorable including fresh flowers, fresh bread and lovely coffee pods. The hosts provided a fantastic welcome note with details on operation of the home, it's security, great suggestions on what to do close by, restaurant and activity suggestions and great communication. The entire house is recently redone, so everything is new, fresh and modern. The battery back up and gas geyser made sure we were extremely comfortable. We balanced our visit with some meals in and others out - lovely to get around but have a welcome and comfortable home base. I appreciated that the hosts checked we had arrived safely and that we were happy. I took the hosts up on some of the recommendations and can agree with their suggestions in the welcome letter. They have provided amenities including coffee pods, dishwasher pods, fresh farm-based bread, butter and jam complete with fresh lavender flowers on your pillow and towels! The house ha everything you could want to make a hearty meal at home, enjoy some purchase goodies from town or just relax by the fire and enjoy a good book. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will shortly be booking our return visit!

We were stunned with the look and feel of the place and pleasantly surprised, felt very comfortable and at the same time luxurious. Easy located to the centre of town and to getting out of town. Felt safe and secure at all times.

The only complaint I have is the mattresses, they were really uncomfortable and woke up with a really stiff back and so did the rest of my family. Please change them because that makes all the difference with the place.
