So hospitable and responsive. Thank you for a great stay. The host allowed us store our luggage in the next door cafe. Minato, who helped us get our luggage in the cafe, was so helpful and friendly.

Great location. Near shopping centre and train, many nearby restaurants. Outstanding bathroom. Upstairs library was a delight, perfect retreat when you are travelling with a group. The city itself provides amazing views of Mt Fuji.

Increased range of cookware would have been helpful as we like to cook some meals at home when on holiday.

Great authentic traditional Japanese style home. So comfortable, new and easy to use. Washing machine and dryer were also super handy. Easy walk to the Mt Fuji Museum. We wished we had stayed longer.

Mosquitos at the entrance, but this is nothing to do with the accommodation. Just have insect repellent with you.

This place is exquisite and a great Japanese experience for our family of 6. We had a restful stay with accessible restaurants by foot. The apartment is well maintained and fully equipped for our 2 nights stay. The owner was very nice to gift us 2 bottles of fig jam. Highly recommended and we will be back again next time 😊

Got to stay in a Japanese house with modern conveniences in terms of bath/shower/toilet facilities, kitchen, laundry, etc. Close to restaurants/supermarket/convenience stores/shops. Good place to use as a base and explore the Yamanashi Prefecture. Host was super responsive and checking in and out was a breeze.

Everything! Location was perfect, the house was very clean, nicely decorated, bathroom was superb!!!!

Everything was great except thin futon mattress.
