Great stay at a great villa. The villa is even better in real life and is super spacious. Wifi works super well and the kitchen is great. Saranga is a great and helpful host always ready to help out. Saranga and his wife cooked us wonderful curry which I can highly recommend. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach and the main restaurants. I can highly recommend staying at this villa!

There might be some noise from surrounding bars during weekends but its not a big deal.

Villa is set in lush jungle 5 mins walk from hiriketiya beach. The host Saranga is really friendly and can help with anything during your stay. He really made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

The villa is absolutely fantastic. It has been very thoughtfully designed and the interiors are beautiful. it is very comfortable - the beds and communal spaces especially. It’s a great location just 5 mins or so down the road to the beach. I have been to Hiri 3 times and this is hands down the best place I’ve stayed. Also, the housekeeper deserves a special mention for being so kind, friendly and helpful. He responded immediately to any queries and was even kind enough to bring some New Year’s Day sweets and cakes from his family for us to enjoy.

Ronaya surf waves was our home in Hiriketiya and we absolutely adore this experience. We felt like royalty in here, with a lot of space, beautiful decorations, beautiful surroundings and amazing customer service! Saranga, who was taking care of the house, was always available immediately for whatever we needed. He takes very good care of the plants and the cleanliness of the house. The location is great, only 7min walk to the beach. The house is very private and felt safe with a locked gate. You can buy eggs & bread & necessities from the store 3 min walk away and cook your own breakfasts. There's a dining table and an outdoor shower on the porch we really enjoyed. Also a washing machine and a good wifi. Thank you so much Saranga and Ronaya Surf waves for making our stay so perfect. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bit of luxury and privacy in Hiriketiya! Will definitely come back here ☺️

Hiriketiya has a overpopulation of dogs that is getting uncomfortable. They are not dangerous but they bark constantly at night and they do roam around the surroundings of this property. I don't know if there's anything the owner can do about this - but just to inform - it is a growing problem you might want to pay attention to.

Place is very well kept and decorated. Very convenient for 2 famillies with kids. They added extra beds and the room was spacious Has all the facilities needed. They clean the place daily and the caretaker is very nice and helpful. It's a 5 min walk from the beach and close to a grocery store. It's got a small slope to climb but compared to the other places in hiri, this one was much better. We used it for a 10 day surfcation and found it convenient. Would definitely recommend it but might be difficult for older PPL to climb that slope. They help with luggage and would highly recommend this for staying at hireketiya.

When the road to the the property is fixed - it would become absolutely impecable.
