Luxury Villa Blue Dome Santorini

This may be the best accommodation decision I have ever made. The photos did not do the property justice. We were extremely comfortable and cool at the end of August. Everything worked. This was truly the most beautiful view on the island. Alexandra and Bona took such good care of us. Alexandra was the perfect Concierge. She arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport and handle our luggage. She booked our cars and adjusted our dinner reservations. She steered us to the best restaurants and wineries. She made herself available to us by phone around the clock. If we needed something, she sourced it for us. She checked in for our ferry tickets and put our boarding passes on our phones in addition to printing them for us. She made everything about our enjoyment first and business second. Bona is an excellent chef. We only had to think of what we wanted and how we wanted breakfast prepared and we had it the next morning. They were so generous at breakfast that we had to work to build up an appetite for dinner. We were royally spoiled. Our bedroom was incredibly comfortable. There are different air conditioning systems throughout the house. We could turn off the air in the downstairs bedroom and sleep comfortably through the night. Our bed was really comfortable. Netflix was very useful when we wanted to watch TV. This may be the first time ever we did not need extra hangers. There was plenty of room to store our clothes and other things. Our bathroom was spectacular! Having a choice between a very waterfall shower and a shower for two in the same bathroom was unexpected. The water closet had an effective exhaust fan. The kitchen, living room and dining rooms were not in the least bit cramped. The kitchen was well supplied nd the mini bar items and wine were very reasonably priced. We loved having breakfast on the patio by the pool. The pool, which doubled as a large jacuzzi was great to cool off relax.

All of the properties on the island use septic systems, so be prepared not to put tissue paper in the toilet. Instead, you will place it in the covered trash can in the very spacious water closet. The sprayer next to the toilets makes this much easier to deal with. It really was easy to deal with and was the only slightly negative thing I could remember.

This accommodation totally completed our Santorini holiday. It was amazing and really on another level. The attention to detail provided by the staff was out of this world. Everything was just arranged so good, I've never had an experience like this before in our many years of visiting many different destinations.

There is absolutely nothing that could have been improved to make this stay better - it was just perfect.

Words can not describe how lucky we feel to be able to enjoy this amazing villa for 2 nights. This was by far the best experience we have ever had in years, and we travel a lot around the world. The achitectual design of the villa and the location are second to none. Alexandra, with her incredible welcoming, personal attention, care, flexibility, friendliness, warm-hearted smiles, made us feel so special. Bonna spoiled us with a yummy home made fresh pie. The breakfast was rich and the variety was incredible. The beds were comfortable, the pool was warm, the view from the caldrea was stunning. We can't thank Alexandra and Bonna enough. We highly recommend to anyone, don't look any further.

Honestly speaking nothing comes to mind as to what to ask for improvement. All just good.

The private pool and the cave bathroom

The location of the villa was amazing; breathtaking views and easy to find transportation. Alexandra's attention to her guests is the best.

It is beautifully designed and decorated, spacious, and a great location. Our hosts, Alexandra and Bonna, were extraordinarily warm, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning on the veranda. Over and above service and an all around fantastic experience!

Because of the spectacular view, people take photos in front of the Villa all day, but it is not overly intrusive.
