More expensive than neighboring apartments. But if you value privacy, it's worth it.

Clean, maintained, and equipped. We have already booked a stay for next year. :-) We were 3 couples staying at the villa, which was perfect place for us. 3 bed rooms have own bathrooms and privacy which we loved very much. Kitchen inside and outside with refrigerators each. We ate breakfast everyday outside, so it was very convenient to have 2nd fridge (we could keep morning stuffs in the outside fridge). When you are tired of eating out, it would be a good option to make dinner at home. There are more than enough kitchen tools, nice oven (inside and outside) and you can grill outside as well. The area around the villa is very quiet in the evening. We enjoyed drinks in the garden before eating out for dinner. Lighting for the pool was amazing (night swimming in the pool was also good.) The owner was fantastic. He responded my questions before/during stay quickly and communication went very well. We liked the villa very much so we will come back next year again.

Nothing, but on the day of our arrival, there was a parade close to the villa, so the taxi could not get into the street where the villa was located. We had to walk with the suitcases ca. 500 m, but this was not the owners fault at all.

We travelled with 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The contact with the host was excellent, at the arrival we got a tour in the house, there was a little present for the children and adults, and any question is answered by WhattsApp. During the week, the house is cleaned. The house is fully equipped. The garden has an well equipped outside kitchen, and there are many spots you can sit in and outside the sun. The house is modern and comfortable. The house is in the area of an supermarket and walking distance of the beach. But the area is very quit at night.

There is no gate around the pool, so be careful with young kids because the pool is close by the house. We had no problems, but we had 4 adults on 2 kids.

We loved EVERYTHING about the villa. It’s conveniently located close to the shops, Playa Del Ingles Beach and the Yumbo Centre - perfect for whatever mood you are in. The villa itself boasts three ensuite rooms, and large communal areas inside and outside, with a sunbathing terrace and BBQ area. We were blown away with the finishing touches, from the outdoor kitchen to the private pool. We had a superb holiday and want to say a big thank you to Alberto for sending us recommendations prior to travelling to Gran Canaria, and for waiting on us when we were slightly delayed - with welcome treats! We also want to say thank you for the mid-week villa clean; a service that was highly appreciated!

The bed seemed a little hard when we first arrived, but we all slept perfectly well during the week and it did get comfier as we adapted to our new surroundings.
