Zeer aangename locatie - vlotte parkeermogelijkheden (tijdens periode van de verhuring)- ruime kamers

Zowel binnen als buiten een ‘trapjeswoning’, hierdoor uiterst gevaarlijk voor 3 van de 4 in ons gezelschap aanwezige peuters. Dit was niet duidelijk bij het boeken. Er is onvoldoende zonnewering aanwezig om comfortabel buiten te eten. Ook het zitcomfort (lounge-meubelen) buiten liet te wensen over. De uitrusting in de keuken was onvoldoende om voor een groep van in totaal 11 personen te koken. (O.a. kookpotten en pannen zijn hier niet op voorzien). Sorteren en verwijderen van afval is zoals in de meeste gemeenten aan zeer specifieke regels onderworpen. Via de huurwaarborg en de boeteclausule wordt flink druk gezet om hier zeer stipt mee om te gaan; duidelijke instructies over waar en hoe afval correct te storten had ons dit aspect van ons verblijf heel wat aangenamer kunnen maken.

Great place, very nice, very good location and easy to acces.

Issues with return of our deposit ... Make sure everything is completely cleaned afterwards. He says cleaners will come afterwards but it's just a company that takes as much pictures as possible so he doesn't have to return the deposit ... also pictures of things that weren't ours. I would suggest taking pictures upon arrival of EVERYTHING.
