The house is in a newly built area, large bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a great size pool and patio. The parking is private, the area is quiet and was pretty empty when we visited so we had privacy. There are metal shutters on the windows which are great for blocking out the light to sleep and keeping the house cool in the day time. The houses are very close together in the area so if there are people staying in all of them, it will get loud and there's little privacy by the pool as it's facing the street.

As it's a modern house it was quite expensive so with that come higher expectations of what's provided for our stay. We would have appreciated some coffee pods for the coffee machine, some towels for the pool or rugs on the floor for the wet tiles. Bring bug spray with you, good for mosquitoes and also little ants that can come in through the patio.

Moradia nova muito bem equipada e cuidada. Boa localização, lugar sossegado - ótimo para descansar.

Lamento que a cama de bebé, que eu havia pedido, não estivesse em condições de ser utilizada!

Dos espaços da casa, quartos, sala e piscina exterior. Da existência de tudo o que é necessário, para viver uns dias em família.

Nada a salientar.

A área exterior é muito agradável.

As roupas de cama e as toalhas. Estavam muito desgastadas.

The villa was excellent. Very well equipped with a lovely pool. Plenty of space for four adults with large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great location being just a 10 minute walk to the beach and the town of Porto Covo with its shops and restaurants. Also only a very short distance by car to nearby beautiful sandy coves. Rui the host was very helpful and provided timely information regarding collection of keys.I would thoroughly recommend.

The information booklet could do with an update and should include where to dispose of rubbish although Rui did send details by text when we asked.

Porto Covo is a wonderful place to visit… the condo is very close to everything of interest.
