Finca La Paz

The property completely fulfilled on the promises. A nice house with everything on and in it. Location as seen on the map, but for our comfort we met the representative at the Repsol gasstation, close to the house. We were well introduced to the house and given good tips on restaurants and shopping. Good choice of restaurants in the vicinity and a good location to explore the Island. Heating by wood stove but also through CV on gas.

Not only this property, but the whole island: You need a good car and should not be afraid to drive steep, narrow and curvy roads.

This Finca was very complete, it really offers everything you might need!

The alarm system has videodetectors. With these the owner could make short audiovisual recordings at any given moment. I'm not saying the owner does this, but its possible as mentioned on the manufactures (Verisure) website. I find this really intrusive and unacceptable. It should actually be forbidden to place any type of camera in guesthouses.

The house is perfect for those who want to feel the astronomical atmosphere of LaPalma. As an astronomy buff, I really enjoyed the many astronomical paintings on the walls of the house. The house is also located not so far from Roque de los Muchachos. Inside there is everything you might need, all the details have been thought out. There is a great music collection, which added to the great feeling of the house.

The only thing I would like is the possibility to turn off the light at the house to enjoy the beautiful starry sky from the yard. After all, that's why many people come here. I also immediately managed to make friends with the washing machine - you have to press the lid very hard for it to start working. If anyone expects to swim in the ocean, there are no beaches here.
