Locatie is top met supermarkt, strand en boulevard op loopafstand. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien

Huis is minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen met zwembad aan het terras en geen traphekjes bijvoorbeeld. Ook zijn gladde tegels gebruikt in de badkamer. Buiten op het terras wel anti-slip tegels maar dan een aantal weer niet bij het zwembad wat het extra gevaarlijk maakt.

We had a lovely stay. The house was beautiful, clean, functioned well and the location in Sa Rapita is good.

Die Unterkunft ist an einer sehr schönen Lage. Man fühlt sich wohl. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ort ist eher klein aber zuckersüss. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Kommunikation war top. Den Pool konnten wir im Februar nicht nutzen aber das wussten wir im Voraus. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen wer es gerne ruhig mag.

Das Besteck und die Küchenutensilien waren nicht so sauber und es wurde nicht gründliche gereinigt (unter dem Sofa/Ecken etc) aber das hat uns nicht so gestört.

Really spacious Villa with beautiful small garden and pool. The area is really quiet during January and safe. Lots of good restaurants and food markets nearby. We also really loved the lemon tree in the garden since we were allowed to take some lemons for making drinks. The staff was also really welcoming and helped us settle in and with checkout. Would love to stay here again.

In January it was sadly too windy so you can hear the wind howling through the walls and windows but this is not the property’s fault. Short reminder: If the first person takes a hot bath and the second takes a hot shower (5min), the third person and other people afterwards do not have hot water anymore (only lukewarm) since the boiler will have to refill the hot water again I guess. Since we were alone as a couple, the second person after the bath always had around 5 min of hot water left.

schönes Haus mit schöner Gartenanlage, das für 6 Personen super ausgelegt ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr vollständig, und qualitativ ok.

Das Problem das wir hatten und das uns wirklich genervt hat war, dass im kleinen 4. Zimmer im 1. OG eine dermaßen harte Matratze mit einem so billigen und knarzenden alten Bett war, dass die Nacht absolut ungemütlich war und das als einziges den Urlaub gestört hat.

Es waren wunderschöne Tage in sehr schönem Ambiente.
