La villa était belle, spacieuse…. Le toit terrasse

Des travaux de construction attenant à la maison qui commençaient à 8h le matin nous ont gâché notre séjour. Impossible de dormir ni de déjeuner dehors ou d’utiliser la piscine. Bruit et poussière La ville n’a pas grand chose à voir ni à faire…

Ho alloggiato in questa casa con i miei amici, un gruppo di 8 persone, una settimana tra la fine di luglio e inizio di agosto Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa molto spaziosa, pulita, l’alloggio è stato molto piacevole, lo spazio fuori e la piscina sono ottimi dove trascorrere serate e momenti per aperitivi La terrazza molto ampia dove poter trascorrere il tempo insieme La posizione è molto buona, abbastanza vicina a tutto e le spiagge sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili Casa ottima sia per gruppi di amici sia per famiglie Tutto ottimo!

The house is very pretty, modern and clean. The location is great, close to the sea (rocky beach though). Many amenities, nice decoration touches.

BBQ was not ready for use, we had to spend a morning in the house waiting for the gas to be delivered. Having to pay for the gas ourselves, plus a “tax” in case we did not clean it (first time I am asked to clean the BBQ after a touristic stay). Air conditioning is also paying, another first. Communication with the host was fast, but far from nice or friendly.

The villa is fine but is on a very small plot with very little useable outdoor space. Roof terrace is nice, but outdoor furniture all a bit tired. We rent villas on the island at least 3 times a year and this was not our usual experience

The host entering the accommodation without our knowledge freaked us out The mosquitoes and large beetles in bedroom and kitchen- sleepless 2 nights lying listening to the buzzing and click clacking on the wooden floor- had to leave in a hurry and get medical attention. Pest control needs a visit. We rented somewhere else and had no issues. Host refused refund, said this was normal, but it isn’t!!! Bed linen, mattresses and pillows very poor quality Not even a bottle of water for arrival. Very basic kitchen equipment and supplies. Charge for bbq very strange and odd house rules considering cleaning fee charged Kitchen cupboard doors and worktop were dirty- had to clean before we used and no cleaning products provided Very basic holiday experience compared to other villas - you have to buy EVERYTHING you would need before arriving which is very unusual.

spacious villa, where everything was present i.e. soap/dishwasher tablets etc. upon request baby cots & child chair were arranged. excellent service. and a wonderful roof terras where you can relax.

Easily accessible, plenty of kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing and drying machines, great beach accessories you can use, spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom, amazing!!! terrace from where you have a wonderful sunrise and sunset view! in Sa Rapita you can find small groceries, cafes and restaurants in a walking distance. great host, Manuela, who responded to our requests very promptly.

Cleanness - for the first sight it looks clean, however after you read the house rules, you get to understand, that even if you pay cleaning fee, you still need to remove the bedsheets and towels and bring them to the garage to the washing machine, you need to clean the kitchen and sweep the house. you need to rely to some extent on the cleanness level of the previous guests. Bedrooms - the bedsheets are not ironed, the bedroom on the ground floor did not have clean sheets, which we washed, dried and ironed ourselves. My recommendation is to buy new bedsheets of higher quality. Pool - it is really small, so dont be disappointed, however it serves the needs to cool down. The sun-beds are not adjustable, so you can only lay straight. Beach - initially we were not well prepared and thought there is a sandy beach, but it was a rocky one, just be aware.

Location, space, pool, villa, rooms and bathrooms…everything was perfect for our group of 8:)

We had to buy toilet paper and dishwasher capsules were missing, but these were really just minor things.
