townhouse on Arlanda Stockholm metro line - easy checkin

It’s totally different from the picture. I would say this is really the most dirty Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. When we arrived it was rainy heavily, and one corner of the first floor was leaking and already getting moldy. The floor was dirty and dusty. I have a one-month-old baby, I feel so terrible about letting my family stay in the environment like this. I booked for 5 nights, but we really can’t stay. The gest towels in the bath is like super old towel for cleaning, we barely can find any nice and clean one to use.

The location was okay.

Worst holiday ever! We were to stay at this house from Sunday through Saturday. When we arrived the owner indicated that he would be back in half an hour to get his laundry out of our washing machine, but we never saw him again. I have never seen such a dirty house that was also in such poor condition. Clearly there had been no cleaning for weeks. Cupboards were falling apart from misery. Sockets were covered in dust and were no longer attached to the wall. Sheets had not been washed. The smell was awful. That same day we left for another accommodation. The owner would not give us a refund. Not recommended!!!

The townhouse is only 400 m from the commuter train station, you are in the city of Stockholm in only 22 minutes. On the way from the station to the house, you find a well equipped supermarket where you can buy anything you need.

Constructional situation: Bright rooms with large windows in the white part of the house, must be ideal in winter, but not really practical in summer, when the sun lays on them during the whole day. 25 degrees indoor in the morning on the ground floor. No possibility to let the house cool down during the night, as there are only doors on the ground floor and no possiblity to tilt them. I don’t want any ground floor door be opened during night while I sleep on the first floor. No sun protection, only indoor privacy screen - light lamellas, but no darkening at all. Bring sleeping masks with you, otherwise, your night probably ends at 4-5 Very hot in upper bedroom, as there is no window, that could be opened - air works, but not sufficient at all. Cleaning situation: Bed sheets were clean, towels as well, but dust in the edges. Bathroom: toilet, shower and sink were clean, kitchen: sink was clean, surfaces as well. Oven was not cleaned. Living room: Hair on sofas However: many edges dirty and / or dusty. a more or less superficial cleaning Poor situation of the equipment: Many things that did not work anymore - eg light at the mirrow in the bathroom - to be destroyed some time ago, as the button is more or less pushed into the mirrow, it seems as if many people tried to activate the light without success. Ventilation in the bathroom did not work Bathroom door - scrammes over the floor, deep scratches in the floor - also not working for a very long time. Living room: two beige sofas plus two additional sofas - the blue ones are worn and not necessary at all, they disturb the otherwise clean look of the living room. Veranda: Poor condition of the two extra sofas, their fabric is destroyed and they cannot be used- simply remove them, as the big table for six persons with chairs is sufficient. It is generally not paid much attention to details: drawers contain many things other persons forgot, damaged parts are not repaired, refixed or removed.
