Stay is too good...home feel

They said hot water will be available...but no hot water is there.. there was issue with the geyser itself. The water was not heating. When communicated to the supporting staff...they said it is working. But we took bath with cold water for the two days stay we have opted. This is completely dissatisfied point for us. Majorly our kids were not able to bath with cold water.

The property was clean and had hot water, the bed was relatively comfortable.

This isn't really a homestay - it's a home that's essentially been turned into a hotel. The staff didn't seem to know we were coming, even though we clearly had a booking, and communicating was a bit difficult (no one responded when we contacted via booking.com and even WhatsApp was difficult). They did let us leave our bags while we were sightseeing the day we checked out,, but slightly reluctantly. It didn't have any of the nice home touches of a normal homestay unfortunately.
