Villa Near Ibiza Town Sleeps 12

Loved the location. The Villa is placed in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach and has many amenities just at the doorstep while trip to town takes minutes and is very affordable. Ibiza in October was sunny warm and relaxed. The pool is not too large and could benefit from better sun during the day but since we were there in October maybe the sun situation is different during summer. The Villa is well presented and has all mod cons. It is also huge in size so even with 12 people we did not felt cramped. Any requests we had were dealt with promptly.

There’s signs of water damage on the walls leading to roof terrace. One of rooms is equipped with 3 single beds but has no closet or bathroom. I was slightly embarrassed I did not know that beforehand. Definitely not the room for adults guest to stay in. Despite insisting the check in can only start from 3pm (which meant we needed to wait since we arrived earlier) Villa was not ready for that time and cleaning staff was there for another 45 minutes. Similarly on our last day - cleaning staff arrived at 8 am despite check out being set to finish at 10am. There was no way to park the car inside the property even though there’s a parking garage under the building. Additionally there is at the moment a two building sites just behind the fence - there was little construction work going on during our stay but it might be an issue for some.
