We stayed at Sahasna Villa for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. If we hadn't already had another accommodation booked, we would have definitely extended our stay. The accommodation itself is really charming, with a lovely design that's hard to find at this price range. We were with our 3-year-old child, so having our own kitchen was really helpful when we wanted to prepare something special for her. It's just a 5-minute walk to Dalawella Beach, which was our main destination. The beach is very close to the main road, so all the accommodations on the beach had reviews with negative information about the noise from traffic. Therefore, Sahasna Villa has the perfect location – in the village, 5 minutes from the beach, but away from the noise of the main road. The walk to the beach was always enjoyable, even for the little one. We also greatly appreciated the outdoor shower, where we could clean off the sand before entering the house after returning from the beach. The hosts are extraordinary, eager to solve any problem. Our daughter even played with their daughter, which was such a lovely moment of joy for both of them. We had to postpone our check-in by 2 days because our flight was canceled due to floods in Dubai. Although theoretically, we couldn't make changes or cancellations without cost on Booking, the hosts completely understood the situation and allowed me to change the dates at no cost. We are very grateful. We send endless praise for the wonderful breakfast served every day. 3 days – 3 different breakfasts, with fruits, coffee, and traditional food. A delight and joy every morning. 😊 Just a 2-minute walk away is a restaurant called Jungle Restaurant where we had some really good curry, for those who don't feel like going all the way to Unawatuna where there are many dining options.

Right next to the villa, a Buddhist temple is being built, as far as we understood, and from the terrace of the cottage, the view now includes part of the building site, which is a bit higher and practically attached to the cottage's fence. There wasn't much work going on during our stay (or very little), so there was no noise, just a matter of privacy and view.

I really recommend sahasna inn unawatuna 😍...The place was quite clean and comfortable..We really enjoyed the time we've spent there...The owner was very kind and friendly 😍...we had a tasty breakfast..We'd loved to go back ❤️🥰

This is a great spot just a quick drive to main shops,bars etc but is so beautiful, set in the trees.. We loved to see the monkeys and other wildlife around us each day. Amira is a great host, we really loved seeing her each day and her breakfast is DELICIOUS!! Outdoor shower is great for hosing off after a hot day or visit to the beach. Recommend to hire a scooter while staying here. We paid 8500Rs per day and travelled all around the coast from here.Magic! Thankyou Amira for making us feel at home 🙏

I recently had the pleasure of staying (4 days) at a villa near Dalawella and Turtle Beach in Galle, and it was truly a delightful experience. The villa itself was cozy and charming, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. However, what truly set this accommodation apart was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries, she made us feel right at home. Whether it was providing local tips or arranging transportation, her kindness and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Moreover, the affordability of the villa, coupled with the delicious breakfast included in the price, made it an excellent value for money. And despite its central location, the villa offered a serene escape from the noise of the surrounding area, providing the perfect environment for relaxation.

Clean and comfortable room, very big and nicely decorated, good mosquito net and fan, nice breakfast, friendly host, great WiFi. Close to the beach and also close to Galle for a daytrip. Quiet area.

Problems with the air conditioning (it kept tripping off, the first night I didn't know how to turn it back on so I had no air conditioning, the second night it tripped 3 times during the night) Apparently I'm the first guest this has happened to and they'll be fixing it. They asked me not to write this in the review but I think it's important to be honest. Lots of mosquitos in this area, I couldn't enjoy sitting outside because I was getting bitten even with repellent on. There's a kettle but no tea and coffee supplies. Not close to many places to eat, your options nearby are quite expensive.

I had a really lovely stay. Very cute and private accommodation. If you need some peace and quiet, it’s the place to be. Kind owner and good breakfast.

Spacious and comfortable, very good looking, extra large bed with mosquitere, fan was quiet enough to use nonstop. Private garden and kitchen with a fridge.

Hat water wasn't hot enough for my fiancee and there were some spider webs in visible places.
