The host, Andrei is great. The house is big and spacious. Everything was great. Rooms are huge. Bathrooms are great. We had a great stay. Location is great too...

The apartment was large and very modern. Too bad we only stayed one night!

The house is great: spacious, modern, clean, comfortable. Andrew is very friendly, communicative and helpful. The city centre is just a few minutes by car or Uber. We enjoyed our stay at The K Guest House and we recommend it to everyone.

The entire place was awesome, we had enough space for all of us. The rooms were clean, the kitchen well equipped. The backyard very nice. We communicated with the host very well, he was very responsive and supportive. Great value for a fair price, we will definitely return when possible and/or recommend the location to others willing to try.

The water in the showers did not have enough pressure, but still this was not a thing bothering us, therefore it will not be considered as a con, hence the rating.

The location and the view you get by staying here are great. The area is quiet and felt we were far away from the city noise, even though you are in the proximity of anything you need in the city. The host, Andrei, was really kind and helpful. We had a great stay!
