The perfect month for a summer vocation to a perfect house. We all really enjoyed everything, from the hospitality to the smallest detail. The house was big and left plenty of space for each of us. The decoration was modern with summer touches and many plants. The beds and the pillows were comfortable and big. We're used to leaving in a city so the view from every corner was lovely. From one side you can see the mountains and from the other side you can see the sea and the diaporos islands. Our kids loved to play in the garden and we loved drinking our coffee while watching them and the perfect view. We also had a barbeque night and watched the stars. The location is nice, safe, clean and very close to beautiful beaches. We've been to Chalkidiki before but those beaches were one of a kind. And after that we get to have a shower on the most stylish bathroom I have seen. I recommend this place not only for the house it self but also for the great location and the great hospitality. We spent our holidays with our family and our friends with their kids also!When we arrived Kostas and Niki and their lovely kids were waiting for us with pizza and local deserts!Still can't believe it ☺️We where 3 families and each family had its own bedroom and bathroom!We loved the outside shower with the view at the mountain!The garden is huge and beautiful, with a beautiful view from the balcony to small islands across.The villa is next to the most famous and beautiful beaches which are easy to reach from the road just in front of the house! Kostas help us to rent boats also to visit Diaporos islands,awsome experience!We recommend to everyone!See you next summer guys! Kostas - Niki you are a beautiful family, Thank you for everything! La casa è stata ristrutturata ed arredata con cura, le camere sono molto pulite e le dotazioni di asciugamani e lenzuola complete. Le dotazioni di pentole e stoviglie della cucina sono adeguate. Il giardino esterno è curato ma si affaccia sulla strada principale. Kostas è stato molto accogliente, ci ha fatto trovare dolci locali freschi e fornito molte informazioni utili su spiagge e locali di Sithonia.

La descrizione della casa cita "tre bagni con doccia" mentre i bagni all'interno della casa sono due di cui uno solo dotato di doccia; il terzo bagno, privo di doccia, è ricavato in un angusto locale alto circa 2mt accessibile dall'esterno nel retro della casa. Le altre due docce sono all'aperto e quindi utilizzabili al ritorno dalla spiaggia ma certamente non per i normali usi igienici. Non è inoltre presente alcuna vasca idromassaggio. Due stanze sono nella casa al piano rialzato; la terza è ricavata in un locale seminterrato accessibile solo dall'esterno e prevede l'uso del bagno esterno raggiungibile solo attraverso il giardino percorrendo anche due rampe di scale per arrivare nel retro della casa; per un gruppo di 3 coppie come il nostro questa disposizione ha ovviamente creato notevoli disagi nel soggiorno in casa. La casa è ad una distanza di circa 20mt dalla strada di scorrimento principale che passa di fronte al cancello d'ingresso quindi il rumore del traffico è molto fastidioso sia quando si staziona in giardino che quando si è all'interno della casa. Sia all'interno della casa che all'esterno sul retro, si percepisce frequentemente un cattivo odore proveniente dagli scarichi.

I mentioned that it was my birthday and the hosts surprised us with some balloons and a cake. Such a sweet move. Everything was clean and comfy. The location was perfect. Chalkidiki is perfect for couples we loved every second. The villa deserves all the stars. Our favourite spot was the garden amd especially at night. We loooved making dinner and eating outside. Highly recommend this place.

Πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια να περιγράψω το πόσο όμορφα πέρασα στην συγκεκριμένη βίλα ! Παροχή όλων των υπηρεσιών και με το παραπάνω , πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα με θέα στην θάλασσα , μόλις πέντε λεπτά από τις καλύτερες παραλίες της Χαλκιδικής . Το τεράστιο μπόνους βέβαια η πρόταση του οικοδεσπότη μας να νοικιάσουμε σκαφάκι για το διάπορο , ασύλληπτη εμπειρία. Ο Κώστας και η Νίκη ίσως και οι καλύτεροι οικοδεσπότες που έχω συναντήσει τόσα χρόνια που ταξιδεύω , ήταν εκεί να καλύψουν όλες μας τις ανάγκες και βέβαια μας υποδέχτηκαν με κρασιά , γλυκά , φαγητά κάτι που έκανε την διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ιδανική! Περάσαμε υπέροχα , χαρήκαμε την τεράστια αυλή με το πράσινο , το εξωτερικό ντουζ , που μου θύμισε τα παιδικά μου χρόνια και τον συνδυασμό βουνού , θάλασσας που σου κόβει την ανάσα . Σίγουρα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή όταν θα ξαναέρθω !!

Τίποτα, όλα ήταν υπέροχα!

We had a very good time in this place. Most of the times, houses like that are in the middle of nowhere and we usually feel unsafe but this location was great. The beach is only 3 minutes away by car, and the place is quiet and safe. The house has beautiful decorations and everything felt cozy. The mattress and the pillows were so comfy. The garden is big and beautiful, and from the house we could see the mountains and the Diaporos islands. Our kids played a lot and were very happy. We stayed in the garden every night until very late. It was peaceful. We will miss it when we're back at our place. We really wished we could stay all summer.

We had a wonderful stay at m&m Villa in Vourvourou with our family! The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing perfect rest after long beach days. The island-style decor with its white arches and natural touches gave the house a peaceful, Cycladic charm. The outdoor shower were a big plus — especially convenient after swimming at some of the most stunning beaches in Halkidiki, like Karidi and Lagonisi. The view from the villa towards the Diaporos Islands was simply magical, especially during sunrise and sunset. This place is ideal for families, couples and friends looking for comfort, elegance, and a relaxing atmosphere near nature and crystal-clear waters.

The host was warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a carefree holiday. Overall, it was a memorable experience that combined comfort, style, and true hospitality. I am not a ten giver but at this villa we had the most beautiful vacations ever! Very good location with all the beaches really close like Portokali lagonisi and many others! We rent a boat Kostas recommend and visit Diaporos islands that day unforgettable beautiful day.Kostas and his wife Niki really cares very nice persons.We came back next year we loved the place. Our stay at the villa in Vourvourou was simply amazing! The location is perfect—quiet, green, and very relaxing, yet just a short drive from some of the excellent beaches.
