Clean and beautiful

The pool, gardens and staff are a dream. New, modern and very well kept. The design and condition of the villa was excellent. Security is solid. Designated parking spot is great. The wifi was excellent, although there are random brownouts that will knock you off wifi for about 5 mins, which was not ideal for my remote work meetings on a few occasions. Rafy is one of the most responsive, kind and fair host. It was a pleasure corresponding with him and he really made the experience a five star one.

Not a walkable area/neighborhood. No nearby food stores (although I think some deliver, I went the route of shopping at the Olé supermarket). The nearest restaurants on the beach were pricey and mid in every sense of the word. Weekends at Boca Paraiso bring in families, most with loud music and kids. If you want a quiet time, take your chances with booking within Monday-Thursday. There’s a few touches that can make the villa cozier, such as a screen for the large glass doors, separate pool towels, a tea kettle for non coffee drinkers like me, and a water cooler to avoid need to carry a bunch of water gallons on longer term stays.
