Guests arriving after 9:30pm will have an extra cost of 20 euros to pay upon arrival. A security deposit of 2000 Euros by credit card borrowing will be given on your arrival and refunded on your departure after finding that no damage has been done. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the living room is ventilated by two ceiling fans. (living room not air-conditioned) Smoking is prohibited inside the villa but It will be possible to smoke on the terrace. Please note that the electric car charging station is chargeable on site.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
