Beautiful villa, very high standard and good quality. Beautifully presented and well equipped. Very comfortable and spacious.

Beware of hidden costs - a $300 security fee was requested on arrival which we weren’t expecting. Not a problem given the high standard of the property but good to know about before hand. Also, if you use ‘too much’ electric you will incur additional charges and if you don’t clean the BBQ after use or wash the towels before you leave. The cleaning of the towels is a bit of a cheek given you are on holiday and paying not to have to do laundry. This was the only place throughout Florida that we had to be signed in and out by a host which was unexpected and OK were it not for the curt manner in which we were met with. But the Villa itself is beautiful.

Great location. Lovely spacious property.

Poor AC. Was told not to have it lower than 75 degrees and if we did and there was a problem we would have to pay for the repair. Just didn’t seem to work.

We have stayed at this pry for the forth or forth time and it never fails it’s home away from home all my needs are met when staying here with my family

Nothing to complain

Everything - the house was outstanding. All good - nothing to complain.

All good. There was only one minor negative experience. During the hand over back to the host, we had a discussion about the cleaning of the BBQ grill which was not adequate. Finally we found an agreement.

a very calm, quiet area, the villa is very clean! we traveled as a family and it was great, you should save electricity if you don't want to pay extra. We did not turn on unnecessary lights, we kept a stable pool temperature, if you follow the house rules you will not have to pay extra charges. All cooking facilities (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, detergent, kitchen utensils) If you use the barbecue, you must leave it clean and do not exceed 2 baskets of towels, otherwise you will pay extra. It is a wonderful house decorated with excellent taste

The internet didn’t work for any of our phones, we rented because of the backyard tv and it didn’t work. The internet worked for other devices of the house, and for the phone of the realtor that collect the deposit.. perhaps the backyard tv and guest phones are paused by the owner after guests arrives Future guest: get up early and wash the towels if you shower in the morning, otherwise they charges $50 if towels are not washed. Beautiful home, very comfortable and very well equipped. The host Amira met us at the property to explain all the workings if they property. She was available promptly when required and very helpful.

Absolutely nothing negative to report.

Excellent quality. Best stay ever! Ready to book again for my next trip.
