Upon arriving I was told the swimming pool would be cleaned, I was there a whole week with a filthy swimming pool, unable to use it, I specifically booked this villa for the pool for the heatwave. Also the whole property was crawling with ants, the bedrooms had air conditioning, the main living room didn't come with any air conditioning, it was like an oven, unbearable, they said they will refund me, they only refunded me 1/5 from the 14000 baht I paid for, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go and stay here until a full refurbishment happens, it's not fit for rental! The staff are drunk and not responsive.

Its a beautiful modern house with a decent sized pool. Super clean. Very comfortable and spacious. Quiet neighborhood.

There was AC in the bedroom so we slept nice but no AC in the main house area. They had two fans which made it manageable. It also would have been nice to have a stove or hot plate to cook. Both Apple maps nor Google maps found the property with the address given on Booking.com so make sure you have the actual address or pin to find it.

The mattress in main bedroom was very stained needs replacement or cleaned. More bed linen to change weekly not enough provided.The sofa need replacing old & damaged, The kitchen cupboards water damaged needs replacing old & tired the house was lovely in the photographs when you started the business, but now it is tired & needs a refurbishment, the pool leaks needs maintenance, had to ask for pump to be turned of a night as kept us awake so noisy. Only one tea towel provided was dirty & stained only 1 mug 2 small t cups, we bought 2 large mugs, coat hangers, not enough provided. Garden unkempt, this did not bother us to much, white metal garden funiture rusty needs repainting, black garden chairs seat broken did not use. Mould in bathrooms, & smell of sewage The house in a quite location which we enjoyed, it just needs refurbishment refreshing to a high standard, it once was in the pictures. We did not let the problems ruin our 1st time in Thailand, maybe the owner needs, to visit the property & see for himself, what needs to be done. We wish you luck for the future, we thought you should know to keep your business thriving, other people would not be so accomadating.

La villa a du potentiel mais est malheureusement mal entretenue. Les stores et les murs ont changées de couleurs, le mobilier n’était pas complément top. Je pense qu’un coup de rafraîchissement comme un coup de peinture serait appréciable, voir dernière photo dans l’une des chambres) Il y’a plein de fournies qui entrent par je ne sais quel moyen malgré la présence d’insecticide dans la villa
