"Nice house, shame about the neighbours!"

Spacious and comfortable with a good view of the river and a nice sunset.

Didn’t realise how close the house was to the highway and how loud the traffic noise is coupled with the neighbours dogs being left out and barking constantly. It would also have been nice to have been informed of the neighbour being able to access the secure parking area during our stay.

"Urgent renovation needed"

Close to Addo:) There are two kayaks on the property free of charge to use to go on the river.

The house is run down and is in desperate need of a lot of renovations. Tiles in the pool are missing, tiles in the house are broken in many places, windows cracked, sink and tap in the kitchen broken, door handle in one of the bedrooms broken, one of the tvs broken, lamps in some rooms broken, the pool is no infiity pool anymore. The on suite bathrooms are completely open in the bedrooms = no privacy. There is only one air condition in the main bedroom. The house is right next to the freeway so very loud, also at night. If the owner takes some time for renovations and a bit of love and care this could be a great place. Good accomodation is hard to find in Addo.

There were a few very minor repairs that needed to be done due to wear and tear but not very notable

Absolutely stunning property right on Sunday’s River. Equipped with everything you would need for a five star luxury stay. Spacious roomy and brilliantly comfortable accommodation.

Beautiful property with the potential to be outstanding

Several things not working ( bulbs, dishwasher, tv sound) No AIR-CONDITIONING as advertised . Villa Is incredibly hot due to vast amount of glass, without the air conditioning it made it impossible . We had to leave windows open which meant we were covered in mosquito bites. The ‘blue’ infinity pool was stocked off, as a pool owner myself I wouldn’t swim in it as it Was so cloudy and murky
