Location View Spacious Quiet Lovely property

We had an unforgettable stay at FLAMBOYANT! From the moment we arrived, Keziah’s warm welcome and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The scenic views of the sky, sea, and mountains were breathtaking and added to the tranquil atmosphere. The pool was perfect, staying warm even at night, making it a great place to relax. The personal touch of decorating our bedroom to celebrate our five-year anniversary was a wonderful surprise and truly appreciated. The entire place was spotless and had a homely feel. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway, and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Patricia creating the perfect oasis for tourists.

The road leading to FLAMBOYANT is quite steep and rocky, which can make the drive a bit challenging. However, the height offers a stunning reward – the beautiful views of the sky and surrounding landscape are truly worth it.

Very peaceful with an amazing view….added bonus of a pool which was great.

There was nothing to dislike

The caretakers of the property, Mr Anthony and Ms Eldma were both so friendly and welcoming. They ensured we had adquate supplies and offered relevant information about the various places of interest. We were offered fresh fruits and good conversations. The room was clean and cozy. The apartment location is a bit of a walk to the main road to get public transportation but they do offer the option of a taxi service for your convenience. We enjoyed our time there and will visit again.

I love that this villa is near to transport to get around the island but it's also tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It sits atop a hill that's peaceful and the villa is self-contained with everything you would need. The pool, its deck, the bar area with a pool table were all so relaxing.

Walking up the hill to the villa definitely would give you a cardio workout. Whew!

We booked the entire property for a family holiday and when we arrived we met the property manager Anthony. We noticed the property wasn’t very clean - stains and water marks on tables and chairs and used sheets stuffed in the cupboard that they forgot to wash. One of the studios had no sheets for one of the beds. We decided not to make a fuss as we were tired after a long flight and went to bed. At 8am the next morning, we were mortified by 5 men driving into the property unannounced. A little scary actually. We quickly realised they were working on the property and then the deafening drilling sounded. It was awful. Half naked men walking up and down drilling. We had small children on the property and it didn’t feel safe so we tried to call the property manager. We couldn’t get through so found the owner who lives in Canada. We also explained that we couldn’t use the laundry room as the workers said they needed the water for their jobs and it also had a pile of dirty clothes in it, that weren’t ours. We later found out that the washing machine had been broken by one of them. I won’t write all details here but in short the owner was so rude and justifying all the issues. She wouldn’t accept the house was not cleaned. She said her husband was on the island so I said best thing was for him to come over and see for himself. When he arrived, he too was a little defensive but the evidence spoke for itself. I must mention that the only saving grace was Anthony the property manager as he realised that things were awry and he tried to change the bedding immediately and take out the dirty clothes. He is actually a credit to that owners as they are awful to deal with. Anthony helped clean up and we even worked with him to be out of the house for 2 whole days so the workers could do their drilling. It’s crazy that they have one man cleaning the entire property of one villa and two apartments.
