Amelina Cottages

Delightful cottage with a wood fire (all wood supplied) and spa. Beautifully decorated. A wonderful retreat.

Lacking in some detailed instructions on use of the fireplace.

Location was great, walking distance to Main Street, grocery shop and park for kids. The fire place really heated the whole place without the need for the split system, the kids loved having the fire going also as a novelty. This place really was a great country escape, clean, spacious, the right amount of charm and cozy effects and had everything we needed for dining out or in. I would stay here again for sure, it really was an enjoyable place to stay.

Lovely location, very well decorated and inviting. Easy to find and access instructions were simple. Loved the spa and if we’d stayed longer we would have used the little fire place. Would definitely recommend.

We liked the location of the cottage, close to shops and other facilities. We liked the space, the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage including the fireplace!

We expected to find free WIFI to be included in the price. It would be great to have a walk-in shower as we found it difficult to step in and step out of the bath to have a shower.

The cottage was spacious, comfortable and well appointed and in a lovely and peaceful garden setting. The wood heater was a highlight, along with the spa bath. Great location.

Loved the spa, log fire with wood all set up ready to go, nicely presented and cosy, spacious. Clean. Liked the dvds and uno. Kids room was great. Plunger coffee was nice to have. Nice and close to town. Could walk to everything.

Only negative were 2 things. The beds were not great. Too soft for us but ok. Trays for oven would have been useful. There were no oven trays except the grill tray and rack.
