Amelina Cottages

It was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed for a weekend away - loved the indoor fireplace and spa bath. We also cooked all our meals in the kitchen which had everything you need utensils wise and even salt/pepper/oil and of course tea/coffee It was perfect

Nothing The only 2 small points that could be improved - the door of the fridge was missing a bar at the bottom so the milk/juice etc kept falling when you opened the door And we arrived when it was dark and had a little trouble figuring out which cottage was ours - a simple map of the property would have helped

Beautiful comfortable cottage with everything you need, very well equipped. The Herbalist products were a bonus. Walking distance to town. Loved the wood heater, great ambience on a cold night. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location, absolutely beautiful accommodation, friendly hosts and well prepared. Log fire was amazing and kept us so warm and comfortable

Loved our stay at Amelina cottage, we stayed at Peppercorn 2 for Easter holidays which was perfect for our family. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds, just a short stroll to the cafes and pub in the town centre. Lovely garden to sit out in, would visit again.

Great location

No bathroom door

Very heavy, extra warm doona - quite unsuitable for mild Autumn nights. As two of us are elderly, the shower over the spa bath was not really suitable for our needs (too difficult to get into).

Cottage was good and in good location..

Unfortunately it could have been cleaner. Mirror in bathroom had toothpaste splatter from previous customers. The slit air-conditioner was filthy, when you lay in bed and look ip at it, you can see inside it. Looks like it has never been professional cleaned. Im a maintenance manager at a hotel and they should be cleaned once a year.

Pleasant layout and furnishing.

The spa bath. Getting in and out of the bath tub in order to have a shower was a challenge especially if one has short stature and another of my guess with stiff joints.
