Villa Los Azules with pool and jacuzzi

A very spacious property. Comfortable, clean, a lovely sized pool and Jacuzzi. Plenty of space at the front for multiple vehicles should you have them. Electric gated security. Spare keys for people to go out and be able to let themselves into the property and electric gate.

The Jacuzzi was not working. There was no difference in temperature between the 2. The pool was not cleaned at all during the week, as advertised. The man arrived for 2 minutes to test the water, as I was always up early to see him, and by the end of the week there was a considerable amount of debris lay at the bottom that needed hoovering up.

The space

Heerlijk rustige locatie. Ligt wat afgelegen, wat wij erg prettig vonden. Auto is daarom wel nodig. Heel fijn zwembad en jaccuzzi. Heel mooi buitenverblijf met prachtig uitzicht. Zowel binnen als in de buitenkeuken een grote koelvriescombinatie. Meer dan genoeg handdoeken en lekker grote strandlakens. Wij hebben heerlijk bij kunnen komen in de zon bij het zwembad met de kinderen op de fijne ligbedden.

Vooraf en bij aankomst was de communicatie met de eigenaren nog prima, maar in de loop van de week werd er niet, of minimaal gereageerd op vragen of berichten. Hier en daar is er wat achterstallig onderhoud, zoals de keuken binnen. De douches hadden af en toe weinig druk en vaak koud water. Bedden werden niet verschoond en er was geen extra beddengoed aanwezig om dit zelf te doen.

Piscina

La casa sull’annuncio si presenta molto bella ma viverci per una settimana, eravamo in otto persone, ha fatto emergere vari problemi. Cerco di elencare i principali qui di seguito. 1) la quinta camera è esterna rispetto al blocco della casa e questo non era indicato esplicitamente sull’annuncio; 2) la lavatrice si è rotta al secondo lavaggio allagando tutto il bagno; 3) la asciugatrice sembra funzionare ma non è vero: parte, gira, ma non asciuga nulla! 4) ci sono soltanto due piccolissimi stendini per il bucato, fissati al muro e non ci sono mollette 5) host poco accogliente, col quale la comunicazione e' risultata non semplice 6) Alcuni piccoli elettrodomestici non funzionavano (per es. il frullatore) o erano inadeguati (macchina del caffè) 7) Il frigorifero presentava i ripiani interni molto instabili 8) Uno dei bagni si allagava ad ogni doccia 9) Insomma, le condizioni erano inadeguate per una casa pagata quasi 5000,00 €!

Территория большая, паркинг также большой, постельное, полотенца всё чистое и приятное, бассейн чистили каждый день кроме выходных, горячая вода без проблем хватает на 11 человек. Я рекомендую, думаем приехать сюда ещё раз, нам очень понравилось!

Всё было хорошо кроме того что стиральная машина поломалась в первый же день, сушильная машина не сушила горячим воздухом, нет ни мыла ни геля, всё пришлось покупать, бассейн изначально был тёплый но потом похолодало и бассейн быстро остыл, да ещё рядом находится такая же вилла и машина для нагрева бассейна старая и очень громкая а работает она круглосуточно по этому приходилось закрывать окна так как сильно мешала..
