It was clean, has helpfull stuff, nice big TV in living room, it is 3-4 STAR villa which is 10-15 years old atleast but very well maintained, for so many BEDS and price it can be good value, but is is not LUXURY

THERE IS NO WIFI ON 2ND FLOOR, FOR 10 PEOPLES LIVING ROOM IS SMALL, small sitting in living room, very weak AC in living room, it is not 9 points property, it is around 8 points

The property was well located, had lovely views and amazing sunsets, 7 eleven accross the road, outside pool was fab and the maid was lovely. Host very good and responsive

The house was really nice and rooms were very big. Loved the jacuzzi on the balcony and pool area.

The property itself was nice and cleaning service good, but would have loved a bit more faster communication from the hosts.

Spændende hus med mange flotte værelser med hvert deres toilet. Lækker hot top på taget med god udsigt ud over havet. AC i alle værelser var med til at sikre en god nattesøvn. Poolen var fin og god til børnene.

Der var en del støj fra vejen samt fly der kom tæt på huset under landing - ellers ikke noget at bemærke.

Great location , all rooms have en-suites.

The staff are very responsive. The maid (although we didn’t really want one) was a great addition. She was very respectful of our privacy but helped keep on top of 13 people making a mess. The pool was a hit with the kids and all the rooms were great. The location was good, being very close to a local market with some great coffee and food spots. A short taxi ride from all the attractions. Koh Samui isn’t that bid so you are never very far away from anywhere!

Hot tub wasn’t working for the stay. Pool a little cold (although it didn’t bother the kids at all!)
