Movenpick Pool Villa by Hello Pattaya

good location, nice house , private enviroment, cold A/C, good pool.

Online staff of Hello Pattaya, she is very rude without manners. Seems like not being trained to be a good staff. I am sure no more use Hello Pattaya again. bed room2 and 3 use share bathroom not comfortable The bathroom 1 has a foul odor. no breakfast bathrooms space are too big while bedroom space are too small

Water in swimming pool was clean. So many towel types. Almost clean

The swimming pool area was very slippery and the cleaning equipment was very old and the bathroom floor was very slippery. Never see house keeping

I did not like anything.

The pool walls were dirty. The staff did not clean well. Plates are so old sink in the kitchen is dated. Cleaners threw my grandsons toy box. The beds were not made up well. Soaps extremely small difficult to handle and finishes with one person. Lamp shade broken torn shabby looking. Sofa sets dirty and stained all over. Very disappointing. Drinking glasses are huge for beer and not water.

Many facilities were good condition, Comfortable, Clean, including waters, snacks and coffee in bar everyday. House keeper clean rooms every day.

Frist day found many dead bugs, but agency clear them out and clean.
