"Superb"

Great location. Very close to the beach. Very nice pool/courtyard on site. Kitchen was well appointed. Had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at Sun Caraibes during next stay in St Martin!

The beautiful pool and the very cheerful yellow coloured studio with all comforts you want, plus very close to the seafront. We loved it!!!

"Great apartment in perfect location in Orient Bay"

Great location short walk to beach & “the village” with restaurants, grocery stores & shops; nice pool & outdoor spaces; super cute spacious apartment with everything you need for your stay; Loulou was sweet host always helpful & quick to reply; Orient Beach is beautiful & I always prefer the calmer French side. I am so happy I found Loulou’s apartments!

**this is NOT a dislike on my part. Please make sure you read & look at the photos so you know you are getting a loft before you book. I did so I was fine but you need to be comfortable going up/down stairs bc bedroom is up in loft & bath, kitchen, living room are down.

Studio was very nice, modern furnisehd, spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for long stay. Bed was soft and confortable.Garden and pool was well arranged. 4 minutes walk to beach. Parking on the property.
