Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war wunderbar (genauso, wie in der Anzeige dargestellt). Die Freundlichkeit der Agentur war ebenfalls sehr gut. Eine insgesamt sehr ruhige Wohngegend (bis auf, siehe unten).

Folgende Verbesserungsvorschläge möchte ich dem Eigentümer unbedingt ans Herz legen: die Matratzen waren alt und komplett durchgelegen. Die beiden Sofas ebenfalls duchgesessen. Das klingt jetzt vielleicht etwas zu kritisch, aber hier wäre für einen geringen Geldbetrag eine einfache Verbesserung möglich gewesen (IKEA). Nur zur Information: der Eingang zum Haus ist nur über steile Treppen zu erreichen. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, da in der Nachbarschaft laute Renovierungsarbeiten stattgefunden haben. Sicherlich aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Vorbereitung für die Hauptsaison). Wir hätten uns ein Entgegenkommen bezüglich des vorab geleisteten Mietbetrages gewünscht...kam aber leider kein entsprechendes Angebot.
