The size of the house & location were perfect.

The main bedroom mattress has been flipped and had massive stain on, so we had to sleep on the underside of the mattress which had no padding. On our first night I pulled back the cover and there was a sticky residue on the sheets. The bedroom my son slept in, the light wouldn't turn off, so for the first 3 days he had to sleep with a sleep mask on. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, most nights. Issues with the toilet backing up Floor tiles in main bathroom were loose, and the ceiling paper is falling down. The upkeep of the property is subpart, needs to be maintained properly & refreshed as rundown. Although the owner did respond quickly to the issues & try to sort them, really should of been done before we arrived. We spent time waiting on workmen rather than enjoying our holiday.

Location was great and home was spacious and functional.

Checked in during a heat wave and the place was VERY Hot inside initially (88 degrees F). Took several hours to cool down making sleep (particularly on ground level) uncomfortable night 1, but the temp eventually cooled down and the place became comfortable.

I absolutely LOVED everything about my stay at Cherry Hill House. The host was attentive and on point with everything! I travel for an annual conference with my church and really look forward to being able to book this location each year.

I thought there would be a BBQ in the backyard but could not find it so we didn't use the backyard but it certainly did not detract from the beautiful and peaceful serenity of the house and area. We traveled from NYC and found the location itself to be really beautiful. We all loved it!!

The location.

The cleanliness, everything was dirty except the actual beds. None of the bathrooms were clean. There was hair all over the shower, the floor, and bathroom counter, trash bins full from previous guest. Carpets were dirty, as if they were not vacuumed in months. I reached out several times to the owner upon check-in, during stay and departure, I never received a response. Would not recommend that you stay here unless you do not mind cleaning everything yourself.
