+ very spacious house and really large garden + additional support with drinking water + sleeping rooms in first floor with separate toilet + very quiet surrounding with lot of trees in the garden + parking for free in front of the house + well heated rooms

- no dish washer - very expensive fee for the pet (little Jack Russel was 10.- extra per dog....so other dogs had to sleep in the car)

Good bed, enough blankets, reasonable resources in the kitchen, hot water in the shower, a beautiful garden, and nice possibilities for enjoying time outdoors. If we had kids, there were excellent facilities. Friendly host trying to do his best so that we enjoy our stay.

The house was cold; in the morning, the room where we slept had a temperature of 14 degrees, and the hall was 13 degrees. The owner has poor knowledge of English/German, but he was very talkative. We were exhausted from the days of driving, and I got the impression he would have wanted us to keep him company. The dogs are chained (is it legal in Lithuania- not in my home countries), and they were parking all night long. I felt so sorry for them. There was no information that the fee for one dog for one night is 10€. So we paid 20€ for our dogs. I did not get a receipt. We spent a total of 96€ (76+20). The quality-price ratio is out of order. There was no information that the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (we slept on the living room couch). It would be beneficial to note in the Booking.com text that to enter the house, there are 5-6 steps, and an additional 15 steps for the bedrooms. We had difficulty finding the house; it might be a good idea to mark the house number next to the house. For a family with kids or a bunch of friends, this is ok. To a specific customer type, I would consider the interior a bit "tired" from the past nostalgia.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist wunderschön inmitten der Natur. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt, es gibt einen kleinen See, einen Grillplatz und Spielgeräte für Kinder. Der Vermieter antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen!
