Franschhoek Pass Villa

The Villa is beautiful and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It has to be the best view in Franschoek. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms lovely and big with great showers. The parking was easy and the security guard (Albert) was wonderful. Sheenagh was an extremely helpful host - before and during our stay - and even helped us retrieve some things we left behind! All in all, we would definitely recommend the villa.

These were not big things but worth noting - the pool is very cold / the private road leading to the Villa is very steep / we saw some baboons on the terrace (the kids loved watching them from the bedroom but I wouldn’t leave any wet clothes/washing out!)

A beautiful villa with lovely views out over the valley- perfect for a relaxing stay and exploring the wine regions. Easy to get Ubers or local taxis around the local areas. A nice fire and heated blankets for a stay in the winter as well as being perfectly kitted out for the summer.

Location is stunning and views are second to none. We were looked after overnight expertly by friendly Albert who is there to ensure our safety. Sheenagh our host was very responsive and helpful.

Location is a bit remote and although close to town the roads on the estate are steep for access,. We did however manage to get ubers easily daily. Property would benefit from new sun loungers on the deck, there are only 3 loungers and there were x 4 of us and a new fridge as groceries were not cold .

Beautiful views and lovely villa.

The outside wooden loungers needs to be replaced urgently. Not very stable or comfortable and wood rotten and chunks of wood just breaks off.

absolutely stunning in every way. the view, the accommodation, everything.

well appointed however would have been helpful to have a small bottle of olive oil for the nights and mornings we self catered.
