50% prepayment at the time of booking is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that when a refund is made because of a cancellation or an amendment decided by the customer, all the bank charges will be borne by the customer. Group Policy – Applicable for bookings of 4 units or more: • Cancelations or no-shows on the day of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. • Cancelations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. • Cancelations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation charges. • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
