Lovely 2-bedrooms vacation villa with 3 pools

Absolutely nothing was good about this property. Worst service I have ever received.

Where to begin, the service was just so terrible and unprofessional. The host was not reponsive at all, and I was left stranded outside for 7 hours, trying to get in contact with the host. When I finally got a contact number from a supervisor on site, the host kept lying that he was on his way to drop the keys but never arrived. At 10 p.m., we decided to leave and stop waiting in vain. We had to spend the night on a beach but luckily I know the island quite well so I knew some safe spots. The location is super dodgy, with the road leading to the building location full of drunk and drugged people. It is absolutely dangerous to wander alone, especially at night. Thank goodness we were a big group. The road is also very broken and not even asphalted with big holes and bushes on the side as if you are going into a forest. We saw the swimming pool from outside, absolutely disgusting water and was so disappointed as we were keen to use the pool but would never dare to get in such horrible pool unless you are okay to get some infection. I have travelled over 20 countries and made 20+ bookings on this platform, but this was the most deceitful and unprofessional service I have ever had so far. Would strongly recommend AGAINST booking this accommodation unless you are okay being left stranded in a dodgy area full of drunk and drugged people.

Villa..

complicated to get and return the key from the owner.. too much communication and complicating things..where to meet for the key, where to return the key....Just too stressful and complicated...nobody to answer the phone for returning the keys... bad location... no towels... dirty sheets... a/c not working...

Cleanliness and quiet. Pool right in front of our door. The proprietor was very nice.

The way to it is a bit rough.
