The location of the property was in an unfavourable location, the road leading to the house could not be used due to severe potholes. The house itself is unmarked. There was no welcome message informing us of the physical address, we had to ask around. The house was a temporary Wendy house extension of a patio. The room had a braaistand inside with the wind howling. The linen was torn and tattered, the bedspread was thin and inadequate for Winter. There was no heater, electric blanket for warmth. Spider webs lined the patio door interlinking the room to the main house. You could hear every noise coming from the house. The fridge was on but did not cool down and a constant noise came from the back. The bathroom light was on but doesn't illuminate the bathroom. We had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel to share for 3 people! An overall appalling state that should not be offered for a fee of R1050 per night! We felt disrespected and cancelled our booking! We want our money back!

My worker stayed there and we wanted to cancel the first night as it was that bad. If i saw this place i would have canceled on arival

The bathroom was very clean, the bedding was nice and clean. The pillows were abosutely great; nice and soft.

The cottage was extremely cold, and the floors felt unstable and uneven, with noticeable slanting in some areas. Walking around the room was uncomfortable and did not feel safe.

I could not access the facility

Everything was perfect for self catering except that there was no coffee 😔 p

The floors are not good they are very noisy nobody can sleep if there isn't someone walking . I didn't know that it was a bungalow,my husband is tall and can't fit to the entrance of the bungalow.

I hd enough space to do my things privately.
