Beautiful villa with spectacular reviews. So many bedrooms that we lost count. Well situated for exploring local towns. Very good restaurant within walking distance. Very responsive owner/agency who were very motivated to make sure we were comfortable. Plenty of parking.

Some decor and furniture was a little dated. Kitchen and equipment was very basic, however the food in Crete is so good and cheap many probably choose to eat out. Very big baths which was lovely but not enough hot water for them and we ran out a number of times. If you were a large party using all of the bedrooms, the living space might be on the small side.

Nice villa. Perfect for a group of 11 persons. Definitely need a car, shops and beach 15 min away. Cleaning staff showed up at need 2-3 times a week, manager was very kind, visited us in the first 2 days.

We had a problem with the air-conditioning system, it was a very hot period and we had couple hot nights .Also the power went off couple days.

The View from the balconies was superb

No welcome pack , apart from 4 Apples, 3 Lemons and 2 Bottles of water , Pool man came at all times of the day, Gardener also came at all times of the day, Manager called at various times of the day, in fact not one day went by without one of them turning up, so not respecting our privacy The villa right next to ours which is not actually seen on the pictures on the advert has a gate joining the two , which our uninvited guests would use every day, never even bothering to close it. Whilst carrying out garden work at the adjoining villa while it was unoccupied was really annoying, him repairing the lawn mower on our private drive was out of order and not respecting our privacy. Agni who do the maintenance at the property also do the 3 surrounding villas and as such they use each of the villas gardens as a short cut to get through to the others ,when they all do have private drives ? again not respecting our privacy. Now on to villa itself although it is clean and tidy, it is actually beginning to show its age and as such a refurbishment will do it a world of good, the jacuzzi bath does not work, half of the light fittings do not work [ some did not even have light bulbs in ] the ceiling mood lights some of the lights on one side partially work whilst on the other side do not work at all, the cooker hood is broken, the sandwich toaster is held together by wooden cocktail sticks, of all the showers in the property not one has a riser rail fitted , most of the toilet seats either do not fit or are broken, and finally for goodness sake if you do actually find the pool light Do not forget to turn it off or the manager will be round.
