Agios Antonios Villas

Villa was lovely, ideal location for a good rest but close enough for towns and shopping. Ideal for stay if attending Greco farm for a wedding.

Liked everything but as a recommendation we would say some of the appliances and bathroom may need updating next few years to keep up. But still lovely.

Eine Super Unterkunft, etwas Abseits vom Schuss, aber mit Auto gut machbar, Der Vermieter hat sich immer schnellstmöglich gekümmert, bei Probleme ( W-Lan war mehrfach unterbrochen).

Es ist eine tolle Location. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber in 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und in der Stadt. Kleiner Tipp: Richtung Westen liegen die schöneren Sandstrände. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und modern. Zwei Familien mit Kindern finden gut Platz. Es gibt einen tollen Außengrillplatz, eine super Pool, eine Tischtennisplatte und Schaukel + Wippe hinter dem Haus. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mehr als genug da und 1-2 Mal die Woche wird das komplette Haus sehr gründlich geputzt. Joanna die Besitzerin der Anlage kümmert sich perfekt um alles. Sobald mal etwas möchte oder ein Problem hat hilft sie. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle. Unser Kind war sehr krank im Urlaub und sie hat uns den Kontakt zum Arzt hergestellt und sich immer bei uns erkundigt, wie es der Kleinen geht.

Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas wild zusammen gewürfelt und könnte mal auf den neuesten Stand gebracht und ergänzt werden. Man kann aber damit arbeiten.

Nice villa with a great pool and BBQ area with a table tennis, very comfortable place for 7 people. The property was clean, and a cleaner even came mid-stay to tidy up. Parking was easy with no issues. The owner is very kind and welcoming, personally came to meet us. Definitely would stay here again!

Appliances are a bit outdated but owner informed some will be changed soon.

Very nice house, which was spotless clean with all necessary equipment available. All those little things in the house were a huge bonus for us as they are not self-evident (as already available soaps, dishwasher/washing machine tablets, fruits, wine, raki, spices, beach umbrella...). Joanna is a very nice person, which took good care of us upfront and during our stay. She even managed to meet us in person at the beginning and the end, which we appreciated a lot. The house is located a few minutes from a smaller town and even though you could maybe survive wirhout one, a car is highly recommended. To the beach it is a 10min drive. I would recommend the house to my family & friends and would return whenever I visit the area in Crete again.

The WiFi signal on the upstairs floor (bedroom and terrace) and the pool area could be improved to have a better signal. We often had to rely on our mobile data in those spots.

The villa has everything you need for the perfect vacation in Crete. Very spacious , great private pool for each villa, super comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher lots of plates and glasses, fully equipped kitchen (including spices and everything else you need to cook). There's a great barbeque and outdoor kitchen next to the pool, and someone comes daily to clean the pool and the outside area of the vila before you wake up. It's just a 12 min drive to Rethimno, and there's a big supermarket 6 min away (and smaller ones even closer). The host Ioanna is so nice and helpful with everything you need. We got an amazing "welcome basket" with fruits and even their self made wine and Raki. Highly recommended!!!

Can't think of anything. I read in previous reviews that the road to the vila is unpaved but this is probably old as the road today (Aug 2024) is fully paved.

The house has two great terraces to enjoy lunch/dinner outdoor. It had a great outdoor brick built bbq installation, very handy to grill. The pool was perfect for cooling down and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed as a small family. The Internet connection was excellent. All bedrooms had air conditioning. The house was incredibly well looked after overall. And on top of all that, the host Joanna is incredibly friendly.
