Be mindful that if you book the "standard villa" it's a really poor quality product and not what's depicted in the pictures at all.

The room was dirty, and didn’t look like the photos.

Friendly staff. Always helpful. Bed comfortable and clean. Air conditioning works well, WiFi so-so.

I would strongly recommend separating the offers as I think the better options are actually really nice, albeit expensive. The standard villa: It was the first time I was really disappointed on my trip because the Lux Villas when booking and the reality of a standard villa did not match my expectations at all. The standard villa does not even deserve to be called a villa. It is a standard homestay bedroom with private bathroom, far from the best I have seen. Too much wildlife like mosquitos and giant cockroaches and strong smell from the sewage. The prices for additional services like scooters or transfers are quite high. I would strongly recommend organizing these yourself. There are many scooter rentals. I have never paid more than 50-70k/day for a 125cc.

Absolutely amazing place. Such a bargain for the price we paid on booking. We have been travelling for 9 months and this has been one of the nicest rooms we have had. It does have a luxurious vibe. Bed is really comfortable. AC work well. Thanks Herry for a lovely stay! It is not in the city but we rented a scooter and it was less than 10 minutes from the city center so not a problem at all.
